Caroline Z.A Mbi-njifor – Non-Executive Director

Caroline Z.A Mbi-njifor is passionate about good business growth and practices; responsible business citizenry. She is equally about transforming lives and specifically those of women and children in Africa.

She holds an MBA; an Honours degree in Sociology, a non- degree in Psychology, a diploma in HIV Management and a Certificate in Health Risk Management. Caroline is a member of the Institute of Health Risk Managers in South Africa. She is a trained Director with the Institute of Director Southern Africa.

Caroline is the founder and CEO of Endlesslife Group. Prior to Endlesslife, she held positions such as:

  • Head of Finance and Operations for the RMCH GRM Futures Group Flagship programme.
  • Country Director for EngenderHealth South Africa.

She is currently an independent director of 3 other company boards.
Caroline possesses seasoned business leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Her experience and expertise ranges from good governance in state owned entities and the private and public sector, in private and public Health Management to developmental programs, program design and management.
In addition Caroline has managed strategic and operational design in countries such as:
